Note: This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product variant. Subsequent purchases of the same product are subject to our standard return policy.

We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Package the product securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
We provide prepaid return labels for defective products or our errors. For other returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For opened products, refunds may be prorated based on the amount remaining. This ensures fairness while maintaining our satisfaction guarantee.
C-Wire Holding's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a veterinarian before starting any new supplement regimen for your pet.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delft, Netherlands.
